Get a Freight Quote — Dubai & the UAE

Three short steps. One itemised quotation covering freight, clearance, duty, VAT, and delivery — usually back in your inbox within a few working hours.

Quote questions, answered

How fast will I receive my quote?

For standard sea, air, and road shipments with a clear packing list, we normally reply with an itemised quotation within a few working hours during business hours. Unusual cargo — oversized, dangerous goods, temperature-controlled — can take a little longer because we confirm space and handling with carriers first.

What information do you need for an accurate freight quote?

Origin and destination, a short cargo description, total weight and volume (or carton dimensions and counts), when the cargo is ready, and which services you need — customs clearance, insurance, pickup, delivery. Attaching a packing list or supplier invoice covers most of this in one step.

Is the quote fixed, or can charges change later?

Our quotations are itemised and valid for the period stated on them. Ocean and air market rates do move between sailings, which is why every quote carries a validity date — but within that validity, the lines we quote are the lines you pay. Government charges like duty and VAT are calculated on your declared CIF value.

Do you quote both FCL and LCL so I can compare?

Yes — if your volume sits anywhere near the break-even point (roughly 13–15 CBM), we price both a full container and consolidated LCL side by side so you can see the real difference in cost and transit time before deciding.

Does the quote include customs duty and VAT?

If you ask us to clear the shipment, yes — we show duty (normally 5% of CIF value) and import VAT (5%) as separate lines so your landed cost is complete. You can estimate these yourself first with our free UAE import duty calculator.
